Smart Solutions Are "Custom Made"
by Jeff Janke of Hunter Douglas
Just like there are many ways to work with fabric and design, there also are many solutions to every challenge you encounter in your business. We need be optimistic about what we choose to do and convey that to our staffs and, most importantly, to our customers.
We don't have control over all our problems, but we do control what we do to solve them. Whether it's the economy, the challenges of hiring and managing, advertising or selling, there is always something that can be improved with a better solution.
The key is to determine what we are trying to accomplish, identify our resources and constraints then create a custom-made solution for our business.
