Pre-conference FAQ
I just registered for the conference. Now what?
When you registered, you created a unique user name (email address) and password. You now need to log-in and register for each session you want to attend. You can attend as many sessions as you want. All sessions will be available to you after the event is over even if you do not register for the live presentation. When registering for each session, it is important that you use the same email address and contact name as when you registered. Once you have registered for a session, you will receive an email for each session with a link for attending the session. It is important that you save these emails, as we are not able to resend them.
I am not able to listen to all of the sessions live, what can I do?
All sessions are recorded and will be available to view after the event from any computer with an Internet connection.
I will be out of town during the conference. If I register but cannot attend "live", will the conference seminars still be available to me?
Yes, you will still have access to the complete archived recording of the conference even if you can't attend the conference "live".
Can I share my registration log-in and session links with a friend?
You can gather friends and employees together to watch the conference with you but you cannot share your log-in information. The log-in information is unique to you and can only be used once. Additionally, you may not charge for admission or distribute the sessions or handouts.
Will I need any special equipment?
The only thing that you will need is a pair of speakers connected to your computer! A headset is a wonderful option if you have noisy surroundings but not necessary. You will be able to ask your questions and comment to the speakers through instant messaging.
I was wondering if the we will be able to see the speakers on the Online
conference or is it just audio?
You won't actually see the speaker but you will see their presentation and
hear them instruct you. You can also submit questions during the
presentation that the speaker will answer at the conclusion.

How can I stay informed about upcoming events?
You can stay informed by signing up for our newsletter. You can find it in the right hand column under "Subscribe by Email."
I am interested in being a speaker for one of your events. What must I do?
Send us an email with brief synopsis of any talks that you are interested in giving. Also include a short bio or testimony for us to review.
Please note that our conferences fill up very fast. If you would like to inquire about being a potential speaker at an upcoming event, please do so at least three months in advance. FYI: the speaker roster for the August conference is already full. Please inquire about our upcoming conference that will take place in March of 2010.

Post-conference FAQ
I attended the conference, where can I find the handouts?
Once you have logged into the conference site (DWConference.com), you will have access to the Speaker Handout link in the top navigational bar. You can download and print and any and all speaker handouts available here.
I missed some sessions, when will the archived sessions be available to view?
The complete archives will be available no later than September 8th. However, we will be uploading each of them as soon as it is available. Our show daily email during the event will announce each session’s availability as it is ready. You will also receive a post conference email once the complete archive is available.
